漆膜磨耗儀是由二個磨耗砂輪配置于轉(zhuǎn)盤上，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)盤旋轉(zhuǎn)時，左側(cè)一個磨耗砂輪由外向樣板表面中心磨擦，而右側(cè)一個磨耗砂輪由樣板表面中心向外磨擦。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)盤旋轉(zhuǎn)一周時，在樣板表面磨耗的痕跡是由互相重合，并呈X形相交的二園環(huán)組成。采用這種方式，其優(yōu)點是使樣板表面各個方向都受到磨擦，克服了一個方向往復(fù)運動的耐磨儀的缺點。
